CENTURY 21 Smith & Associates is a full service company, specializing in the marketing and sales of residential, investment, farmland, and recreational properties in Trenton and Chillicothe, as well as all of Grundy, Livingston, and Mercer Counties.

Our Mission Statement: When people think of real estate, we want them to think CENTURY 21. This is accomplished by developing a team of exceptional real estate agents that work together to help each other succeed, while also providing superior service to our clients and customers. The team consists of agents with experience that are open to innovative ideas, and a company willing to embrace new technologies. In order for our company to succeed, we must first help our clients and customers succeed.

CENTURY 21 Smith & Associates, Inc has been providing quality real estate services to the North Central Missouri area for over 13 years. Our service area includes the cities of Trenton, Lawson, Chillicothe, Lake Viking, and surrounding areas.
Troy and Cathy Smith established the Trenton Missouri CENTURY 21® franchise in 1995. In May 2000 the office had a name change to CENTURY 21 Smith & Associates to better reflect the importance of our real estate professionals and the quality service they provide. In 2014 Greg Freeman became the managing broker and president of the company. Our agents have consistently been among the top-producing agents in our marketing area and the  Missouri Broker Council of CENTURY 21® offices.
